We will discuss the Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Bill 2022, which came into effect on 1 January 2023.

This new legislation applies to private and public entities with 250 or more employees and entities of any size that fall under EU law relating to financial services, products and markets, prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, transport safety, and protection of the environment. From 17 December 2023, it will apply to all entities with 50 or more employees.
