Hourly pay The difference between the mean hourly pay of male employees and that of female employees: -2.69% The difference between the median hourly pay of male employees and that of female employees: -8.74%
Bonus pay The difference between the mean bonus pay of male employees and that of female employees: 5.31% The difference between the median bonus pay of male employees and that of female employees: -100%
