Tom O'Brien Managing Partner
Tom O’Brien was appointed Managing Partner in January 2022. He joined the firm in 2000 and has been head of the firm’s financial advisory services division since 2014. He has extensive experience in insolvency, restructuring, corporate finance and transaction advisory services.
Tom has acted as receiver/liquidator to a number of companies across a wide range of industry sectors including property & construction, hospitality & leisure, distribution, retail and pharmacy businesses.
He has also advised financial institutions on numerous restructuring engagements and many progressive privately owned Irish businesses on a range of issues such as acquisition opportunities, restructuring, funding, succession and reorganisation matters.
Tom has significant experience delivering transaction support services to a range of clients and has led many a number of high profile assignments on behalf of both publicly quoted and private entities.
Tom is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
