Mazars advises Aerospace Software Developments on its sale to Descartes Systems Group
Mazars is delighted to have supported Aerospace Software Developments (ASD) on its sale to Descartes Systems Group.
Established in 2004 by the existing director team, ASD is an Irish-based software business providing web-based software solution for companies involved in the import and export of goods and logistics across Ireland, the UK and the EU.
The business also provides RFID-based server and handheld solutions for the unique identification, tagging and tracking of tagged items primarily for international aviation clients.
Descartes is the global leader in providing on-demand, software-as-a-service solutions focused on improving the productivity, security and sustainability of logistics-intensive businesses.
Mazars supported ASD on the deal, providing financial and taxation vendor due diligence services.
