Mark Mulcahy is a Partner within the Mazars financial advisory division with over 12 years’ experience.

Mark is experienced in the provision of transaction support particularly due diligence and related services. He has supported clients in successfully completing significant transactions, providing advice on the buy-side and sell-side of transactions and has been closely involved from an advisory perspective with a number of Initial Public Offering  processes.

He has significant experience in the undertaking of independent business reviews/business plan reviews on behalf of banks and other institutions, together with the preparation and review of debt restructuring proposals. 

Mark also undertakes a range of broader financial advisory services including business valuations, litigation support services, and forensic reviews.

Mark is also involved in the delivery of the Firm’s insolvency services, and has experience in receiverships, examinerships, and the formulation of Schemes of Arrangement between insolvent companies and their creditors.

Mark is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
