Sarah Colfer is a Director in corporate secretarial services at Mazars in Ireland. Sarah has over 14 years of experience and provides company secretarial services to a wide variety of Irish companies. She provides transactional support, including share capital reductions, share buy backs, restructuring and reorganisations to many clients ranging from small domestic companies to large multinationals within retail, construction, engineering, banking and media sectors.

Sarah provides clients with company law and compliance advice regarding setting up companies in Ireland and maintaining good corporate governance once established. In addition to annual compliance services, Sarah provides board support and director training to assist in achieving this goal. For Mazars’ clients with international operations, Sarah works with the network in coordinating and providing support in maintaining good compliance across their organisations.

Sarah is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute.
