The Statutory Books
Under Irish company law, all companies are legally required to maintain certain statutory registers. Mazars can help your company fulfil this requirement.
The Companies Act obliges your company’s directors to maintain certain statutory registers. It is important that your directors understand this legal obligation and that your statutory books comply with the Companies Act requirements.
Services we provide for Mazars clients include:
- Maintenance and upkeep of statutory registers
- Issuing and safekeeping of share certificates
- Provision and holding of the company’s common seal
