Neil Fletcher
Neil Fletcher leads the global investigations service line for Mazars and has extensive international investigations experience in this area. Neil has been an investigator for more than 25 years and a forensic accountant for more than 18 years. He is a Certified Practicing Accountant, a Certified Accounting Technician and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Neil has led and managed forensic and investigation assignments across the UK and in more than 90 countries around the world. His experience includes investigations related to bribery and corruption, competition and anti-trust, fraud and breach of trust, HR and people issues, securities trading breaches, theft and misappropriation of assets, counterfeiting and leaking of confidential information.
Justin Moran
Justin is a Director in Mazars and is a highly experienced fraud, financial crime and investigations practitioner with experience of performing high profile investigations across multiple sectors, including private, public and regulated entities. Justin’s specific experience includes the performance of financial investigations, protected disclosure investigations, fraud risk assessment, anti-bribery and corruption and internal controls assessment and remediation.
Audrey Byrne
Audrey is a Partner in McCann FitzGerald. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and commercial court litigation. Her experience ranges from shareholders disputes to financial services litigation, often with an international dimension. Audrey has a particular interest in tax disputes and is AITI qualified. As an adviser on corporate disputes and investigations, Audrey is experienced in managing large-scale discovery by electronic means in the context of her commercial court practice. She has been centrally involved in pioneering the use of technology-assisted review in the Irish Commercial Court in large-scale discoveries. Audrey is a CEDR accredited Mediator and has participated in many mediations involving a variety of disputes, both as Mediator and advisor
