Return to Work Programme

Our clients’ needs are becoming more diverse and require an equally diverse workforce to meet expectations. With that in mind, Mazars has launched a new programme to help talented professionals find their way back to work after taking an extended career break. We understand that this can be a difficult transition so we have designed a programme that will help participants develop both their skills and self-confidence and become reacquainted with the workplace.

What’s involved?

This 20-week “returnship” programme will start in September 2018, with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the assignment. Roles are on offer in our Accounting Outsourcing Services team. The participants will benefit from extensive on-the-job training, ongoing support from an assigned mentor and buddy and guidance from an external coach.

What is Mazars looking for?

Applications are welcome from those who are:

  • On a career break for at least two years (whatever the reason!)
  • Interested in returning to work
  • A team player, yet highly self-driven and ambitious
  • Strong communicators -great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • High level of IT proficiency and working knowledge of the following packages:  Email, Internet, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
