Team Administrator - Corporate Secretarial Services - Dublin

We wish to recruit an Administrator to join our Corporate Secretarial Services team in Dublin. The current team consists members ranging from trainee to director level. We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented individual to support the team and keep things running smoothly day to day.


Working with the team, you will perform the usual duties associated with an administrative role:

  • Support with tenders and reports
  • Organise and store documents - both physical copies and scans
  • Create and maintain filing and other office systems
  • Keep diaries and arrange appointments
  • Organise meetings and conference facilities
  • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
  • Draft invoices and letters
  • Arrange training schedule for staff members

Key Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to prioritise and multi-task is essential
  • Top notch interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
