Junior Payroll Administrator - Limerick

The Mazars Payroll department is looking for a confident experienced candidate interested in working in a payroll bureau environment. This position offers the right candidate the opportunity to work with an expanding team of payroll experts.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll processing in a busy bureau environment
  • Dealing with all aspects of payroll process, BIK, share awards, pension and other voluntary and statutory deductions
  • Dealing with starters and leavers
  • Processing and filing the monthly P30 on-line using ROS
  • Providing security payslips for all employees
  • Processing payment of net pay via EFT and Internet banking
  • Payroll reconciliations and comparison reports
  • Computation of year-end P35
  • Preparation of employees’ year-end P60
  • Liaising with clients

Key Requirements

  • Interested in pursuing the IPASS qualification
  • 0 – 2 years’ experience in payroll processing 
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to work within a team environment 
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under time pressure
  • High level of Microsoft Excel skill
