Mazars in Ireland Transparency Report 21/22

The publication of our 2022 Transparency report is a welcome opportunity to report to all of our stakeholders in respect of the progress of the Mazars against our key goals – goals which guide the quality of our work, the development of our people and the impact of our firm within our professions and the business community and on society as a whole.

As 2022 draws to a close, it is fair to say that the year did not unfold as many would have expected at the start of the year. The outbreak of the war in Ukraine and the subsequent inflationary cycle and cost of living pressures have meant that new challenges now present themselves for our firm, people and clients alike. The global and local economy are likely to be impacted by these issues for some time and Mazars in Ireland are focused on supporting our people and clients through this period through continuous investment in core and emerging service lines.

On behalf of Mazars in Ireland, I am pleased to present our Transparency Report for 2022 and my first as Managing Partner. The publication of our Transparency report is a welcome opportunity to report to all of our stakeholders in respect of the progress of the firm against our key goals – goals which guide the quality of our work, the development of our people and the impact of our firm within our professions and the business community and on society as a whole.

The report summarises the hard work and dedication of our partners and Non- Executive Public Interest Committee members, Ms.Denise Fletcher and Ms. Éimear Moloney. I hope the Report will provide readers with an in-depth understanding of our firm, our approach, and our ethos.
