Richard Maguire Partner, Audit & Business Advisory

Richard Maguire is lead partner in the Limerick office of Mazars and has been a partner with Mazars since 2017. Richard joined Mazars from Maguire Caulfield Browne, where he was the founding partner. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and has over 22 years’ experience in advising and assisting companies particularly in the areas of audit, corporate finance, receiverships and liquidations.

Richard works with financial institutions, the Revenue Commissioners on insolvency assignments. Richard also advises clients in areas of debt restructuring, business planning and mergers and acquisitions. He also has responsibility for the completion of assessments and formulation of reports on the financial aspects and structures of businesses on behalf of banks and clients.
