Pat Magner Partner, Audit & Business Advisory

Pat has over 10 years’ experience providing audit & assurance services to large, medium and small enterprises in the Mid-West area. Previously, Pat worked with a Big 4 firm and more recently with Maguire Caulfield Browne, before merging with Mazars. Pat has extensive experience working with a variety of entrepreneurial businesses, stakeholder interests, family businesses, individuals and not-for-profit organisations. Many of his clients operate across various borders, which gives Pat insight on how to approach their business challenges and strive for a client orientated solution.

Pat has expertise in corporate re-organisation, corporate restructure, preparing businesses for sale or succession and advising on the impact from acquisitions.  

In the past, Pat was involved in the mediation of commercial disputes and advised on the audit & assurance impacts before helping achieve a commercially accepted solution for all parties.

He is a former President of the Newcastle West & District Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of Rathkeale & District Credit Union, Member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants and AITI Chartered Tax Advisor. Pat lives in Newcastle West.
