Mairéad Divilly became partner at Mazars in 1996 with specific responsibility for the Outsourcing and Financial Management Services. Her professional experience spans audit, business advisory and outsourced accounting, payroll and financial management services to both the public and private sector, from multi-national companies to small medium enterprises (SME). She has particular expertise in distribution, retail, foreign direct investment, SME’s and not-for-profit sectors. Mairéad acts as mentor to many indigenous enterprises for the management and development of their businesses. Her work includes improving company profitability and advising on future growth of the business. Mairéad also works closely with the Small Firms Association in providing a support service to its executive.
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Mairéad lectures and writes extensively on topics such as corporate governance, the fundamentals of management and internal control procedures. Mairéad is a non-executive director of Skillnets, a company established as an enterprise led support body to facilitate enterprise training and workplace learning. Mairéad represents the interests of the Small Firms Association on the Board.
