Business Planning for NAMA Debtors

Preparing a business plan for submission to NAMA can be a very challenging process. We have summarised some key issues which may prove of interest to anyone engaged in such an exercise, whether in an advisory or other capacity.

Preparing business plans for submission to NAMA is a challenging process.  Some key issues are, however, applicable in almost all cases.  Mark Kennedy summarised some of these issues in recent a speech at the Griffith College Law Centre.
