Budget 2011 Event - Mazars - Ireland

Mazars held a live broadcast of Budget 2011 followed by a panel and group review of Budget 2011 at the G Hotel, Galway.

Given that the 2011 Budget is the most talked about and anticipated in years because it will have implications for Ireland for many years ahead, Mazars are hosted a live broadcast in the G Hotel on Tuesday 7th December 2010.

The attendees saw the Minister present his budget speech in full in which details of circa €6 billion in tax increases and spending cuts will be announced after which Mazars, Michael Coyle from the Galway Chamber and an NUIG economist gave a short reaction to the budget speech. After the speakers finished, there was an open discussion for everyone form the audience to express their views on the announcements made in the Budget speech.
