Privately held entrepreneurial businesses will always be the backbone of every economy in Europe, and tenacious mid-market companies (turnover €10m - €200m) are at the core, contributing to the generation of substantial income, outputs, innovation and stable employment.
However, our recent European study of over 72,000 mid-market businesses suggests that the majority of these businesses are not achieving their potential to excel in their sector, compete with corporates or defend against disruptive start-ups. Are day-to-day operations dominating the management agenda, leading to the neglect of other drivers of shareholder value?
In order to discuss this topic further, we are delighted to invite you to a breakfast event, featuring a panel of local and international expertise, giving practical insights into how businesses can strike the right balance between proactively driving today’s performance and taking control of the shareholder value equation. We will introduce Optimize, a service developed by Mazars to support the business to respond to this challenge.
