James has practised as an employment lawyer in both Ireland and the UK. He advises both domestic and international companies on all aspects of employment law. James provides litigation support, including managing senior executive and boardroom dismissals. James provides advisory services, including drafting employment contracts and undertaking workplace investigations and disciplinary processes. James also specialises in corporate immigration, advising on employment permit applications and appeals.
James has represented clients before the Labour Court and civil courts and regularly conducts his own advocacy.
