Mazars offers an extensive learning and development program to all of our trainees throughout the duration of their training contracts. Mazars is firmly committed to your continued learning and development.
- Our training program commences with an in-depth induction course which is reviewed and improved yearly with the competencies, skills and abilities required to excel as a trainee. Trainee specific training is also supplemented by departmental training to equip you with the specialised skills for your clients needs.
- You will be assigned a mentor to facilitate your start with us. Your mentor will act as your main point of contact and later on ensure you are gaining adequate professional development. This is further enhanced through our review and development process.
- Finally, Mazars will train you to not only become a Consultant, IT Auditor or Internal Auditor but also to become business advisors. This is achievable at Mazars because of the wide experience you will receive. Indeed, our staff are not allocated to one service line or sector for the duration of the training contract but are given the opportunity to experience different sectors, industries and service offerings.
