Dera McLoughlin is partner responsible for the consulting department within Mazars and is a director of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMCA). Dera specializes in the areas of higher education, public sector and financial services.

She is responsible for all consulting services within Mazars including business advancement - strategy and business planning and market analysis; IT services - consulting and IT audit and compliance; governance and risk management; organisational development (business process and organizational reviews and HR services); and decision support and financial modeling.

A graduate of University College Dublin, Dera is a Chartered Accountant and a qualified IT auditor. She is a fluent French speaker and has worked extensively with the international arm of the Mazars Group in the US, France, the UK, Eastern Europe and has lived and worked in Paris.
