Noel is the international tax liaison partner for Mazars in Ireland, with a particular focus on inward investment. He has been tax partner at Mazars for over 20 years. He is responsible for advising many not-for-profit organisations, including Government, Semi-state Bodies, trade unions, sporting bodies, educational establishments and local authorities. He has extensive experience in the areas of infrastructure, construction and financial services.
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and an associate of the Irish Taxation Institute, Noel has recently been appointed to the Professional Development Committee of the Irish Taxation Institute. Noel is an executive member of the Mazars International Tax Steering Committee and heads up the Corporate Structures Group.
